Dionysis Kokkinos

Short Bio: Dionysis Kokkinos has been working at the National Technical University of Athens since 1996. Currently, he works as a Technical and Laboratory Staff. He has also been working as a Laboratory Associate at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens for 13 years. He holds a Bachelor degree in Librarianship from the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens (1995), a Bachelor degree in Greek Civilization from the Faculty of Humanities of the Hellenic Open University (2017), a Master in Information Science from the Ionian University (2005) and a Master in Education from the Hellenic Open University (2006). He has been a General Secretary of the Association of Greek Librarians and Information Scientists, as well as a Deputy Secretary for many years. He has published papers and articles at several Greek and international journals and conferences.

Research interests: Information Literacy, Plagiarism, Institutional Repositories, Digital Libraries, Open access, Distance learning, Open learning
